What is your hourly price?
We don't charge hourly rates for our cleaning services. Instead, we offer set prices based on the size of the space and the specific cleaning services needs. This allows us to provide transparent pricing and ensures that our clients are never surprised by unexpected charges.
Are your cleaners sub contractors?
No, all our cleaners are employees of Eco Touch Cleaning. We believe in providing our clients with consistent, high quality cleaning experiences, which is why we only hire and train our own employees.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured. We want to ensure that our customers are protected in the unlikely event of any unforseen incidents. That is why we have taken the necesssary precautions to obtain the appropriate insurance coverage for our business.
Do I need to supply anything?
No, you do not need to supply anything. We will provide all the necessary equipment and materials needed to complete the cleans. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and convient for our customers as possible.
Are your cleaners police checked?
All of our cleaners undergo extensive background checks and are required to provide up-to-date police clearance certificates.
What areas do you service?
We currently service the Northern Gold Coast and Scenic Rim. And looking to expand.
What are your payment terms?
Full Payment is required within 24hrs of the Clean being completed.
Will I have the same cleaner everytime?
Absolutely - We ensure that each Client receives a clean from the exact same cleaner every time! Unless they are sick we will try and reschedule with one of our other employees.
Do you use products that are safe for my sceptic tank and bio cycle system?
Yes. Our eco-friendly products are chosen with septic tanks and bio-cycle systems in mind, making them safe for regular household use.
What’s included in a general residential clean?
Our standard clean includes thorough attention to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and more. We understand that every home is unique, so our services can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via bank transfer or credit card (fee applies) after the service is completed. You’ll receive a detailed invoice with payment instructions. For DVA clients, we invoice directly through the portal.
